Duration of training 3½ years

This apprenticeship trains you in metal processing and also manual and machine material processing at baierdrehteile. Learn the fundamentals of control systems (pneumatic and hydraulic) and how to manufacture genuine precision parts in machine production on the basis of design drawings, work plans and procedural instructions. And that’s not all: The programming, set-up and operation of CNC machines is just as much a part of your training as the related maintenance and application of quality and work instructions within the production process.

Metal technician (m/f/d) specialising in machining

Duration of training 2 years

Training within the precision production environment at baierdrehteile: Learn to prepare and set-up machines for pending projects, monitor production processes and inspect the output quality. In your capacity as a metal technician, you step in when adjustments have to be made. After just two years of training you will become a key asset within our production department.

Industrial management assistant (m/f/d) with potential additional qualification in international business management and foreign languages

Duration of training 3½ years

During your training at baierdrehteile, we will teach you everything you need to know and do in terms of material management, production management, marketing, HR management and finance and accounting. Learn how to use key EDP programs, presentation tools and project management tools. Simulations, product seminars and cooperation with other departments, project teams and partners will prepare you for your future ‘on the job’.
